systematically work through your muscle groups in a specific order, tensing as
you breathe in and relaxing as you breathe out.

Many
people find great peace and relaxation through the external processing of their
emotions through writing. Free writing or journaling is not only a creative way
to relax and relieve stress, but can also decrease anxiety and increase confidence. Research has
